Greater Kalamazoo Association of Realtors

The main purpose of GKAR is to help REALTORS® in the Greater Kalamazoo area sell more houses and be successful in the field with a proper group of tools at their disposal. To that end, one of the greatest tools to have is to have contacts at some of the leading companies in the area. Our Affiliate Members are just that, companies and individuals that can make a REALTORS® job easier by utilizing the services they offer. GKAR operates to facilitate the contacts between the REALTOR® community and the Affiliate Members who target the REALTORS® either as they end-user of the product or as a means to get their message to the end-user, the home buyer.

The facility at the Greater Kalamazoo Association of REALTORS® is also available for rent for many types of trainings, seminars or special events. With opportunities to rent rooms that seat anywhere from 8 people to our state-of-the-art auditorium that seats 151 people. We pride ourselves on keeping low prices, high availability and large amounts of customizability for each of the 5 rooms that are available. Included with each rental is a full service kitchen, 24-hour coffee and hot water service and a GKAR staff member to help welcome guests and assist where needed. The facilities at the Greater Kalamazoo Association of REALTORS® offer a great opportunity for anywhere from small to large business to hold their next event!
